Head of Service

Key duties:

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of professional service
  • Manage and coordinate the counsellors team composed of full-time and part-time counsellors
  • Initiate development and innovation to meet the dynamic and changing needs in the community, and support the development and reporting of funding proposals
  • Deliver counselling service, public talks and presentations, and outreach services

Requirement:

You are a suitable candidate if you are/have:

  • A recognised professional qualification in clinical psychology or counselling

  • Solid experience in leading and managing professional mental health care service

  • Excellent communication skills (Chinese & English), Mandarin language skill is an advantage

  • Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commitment in serving the community

Employment Terms:

  • Five days per week

Senior Project Officer

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the counsellors team to initiate, implement and monitor projects and sponsored programmes 
  • Outreach to potential funders, prepare funding proposals and reports
  • Outreach to potential users, establish and manage relationships with relevant social services providers and associations
  • Research and identify opportunities to promote ReSource capabilities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience with NGOs/Charities
  • Solid experience in fundraising, communications and project management 
  • Good communication skills (Chinese & English), Mandarin language skill is an advantage 
  • Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commitment in serving the community

Project Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the co-ordination and administration of projects and sponsored programmes
  • Conduct surveys, programme evaluation and other data collections
  • Provide support in outreaching to potential users and funding organizations
  • Assist in the preparation of fund-raising project and programme proposals
  • Be responsible for collating data and preparation of various reporting
  • Support programme hotline

Requirements:

  • One-year work experience
  • Experience with NGO’s/Charities will be an asset
  • Good communication skills (Chinese & English)
  • Creative and “Can-do” mindset
  • Attention to details

Part-time Chinese / Non-Chinese Speaking Therapist / Counsellor

Role and responsibilities :

  • Provide therapy or counselling to individuals, couples, and families

Requirements:

  • Provide therapy or counselling to individuals, couples, and families
  • Possess valid qualification in clinical psychology or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, or any other language(s). Native and non-native will be considered.
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in the field
  • Have to be mature, a good team player, and committed to serve the community.
Employment Terms:
  • Work flexible hours, may include some weekday evenings or Saturdays
