Practice Mindful Yoga Exercise - Experience a new way to relieve stress

Everyday busy life makes us feel tired both physically and mentally.

Do you want to take some rest and relax? Let’s practice “Mindful Yoga” with our instructor Joey. You will be able to stretch your body, adjust your breathing, as well as feel your body and emotions to relieve your inner stress.

When people think about yoga, it might be a slow-paced exercise for stretching your body. However, “Mindful Yoga” is not only about stretching, but also “Calm your heart and Heal your soul”. It allows us to learn about how to actively practice mindfulness using our physical and mental strength.

So, let’s try it.

Understanding Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

A research from HKU found that around 70% of Hongkongers showed moderate-to-high degrees of depressive symptoms, and more than 40% showed PTSD symptoms in the aftermath of past year’s social unrest and the ongoing Corvid-19 pandemic.

But what exactly is PTSD?

What are the symptoms?

Will there be any way to deal with it?

While June is PTSD awareness month,

let’s watch the video and let our counselling psychologist share it with you.

If you want to further know about how to relax and adjust your emotion,

please pay attention to our coming workshop!
