Practice Mindful Yoga Exercise - Experience a new way to relieve stress
Everyday busy life makes us feel tired both physically and mentally.
Do you want to take some rest and relax? Let’s practice “Mindful Yoga” with our instructor Joey. You will be able to stretch your body, adjust your breathing, as well as feel your body and emotions to relieve your inner stress.
When people think about yoga, it might be a slow-paced exercise for stretching your body. However, “Mindful Yoga” is not only about stretching, but also “Calm your heart and Heal your soul”. It allows us to learn about how to actively practice mindfulness using our physical and mental strength.
So, let’s try it.
