Director & Head of Service

Key duties:

  • Provide leadership and manage the team of counsellors;
  • Oversee and ensure that the professional standard of services is maintained;
  • Initiate development and innovation to meet the dynamic and changing needs of the community;
  • Provide support to the development and reporting of proposals and programs;
  • Deliver counselling and specialist presentations.

Requirement:

You are a suitable candidate if you are/have:

  • Passionate about serving the community with your professional competence;
  • Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • A recognised professional qualification in clinical psychology or counselling;
  • Solid experience in leading and managing professional mental health care service;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an added advantage)

Employment Terms:

  • Two and a half day per week

Remuneration:

  • Annual leave, paid sick leave, medical and dental insurance

Part-time Chinese / Non-Chinese Speaking Therapist / Counsellor

Role and responsibilities :

  • Provide therapy or counselling to individuals, couples, and families

Requirements:

  • Provide therapy or counselling to individuals, couples, and families
  • Possess valid qualification in clinical psychology or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, or any other language(s). Native and non-native will be considered.
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in the field
  • Have to be mature, a good team player, and committed to serve the community.
Employment Terms:
  • Work flexible hours, may include some weekday evenings or Saturdays
